All vehicle warranties must be signed prior to sale, If the warranty has not been signed by both parties then the warranty is void.
No warranty applies to cars sold out of state.
The SR Prime Auto LLC vehicles have a salvage or total loss history which may materially affect the value, safety, and/or condition of the vehicle. Because of its condition the manufacturer’s warranty or service contract on this vehicle may be affected. Vehicles may not be safe for operation unless properly repaired by the buyer.
